  • A minimum spend of £10 per person for all our dine-in customers. Kids under the age of 8 a £5 minimum spend.
  • Please note that our 8oz“SOUPS” are individual portions and are served & charged per bowl.
  • We do take a “one-full” order from each table at once, and we serve in sequence in the order of drinks, appetizers, mains, and desserts (unless customers prefer otherwise, however since we operate as 2 kitchens, it may not be possible to serve all food together, especially during busy hours
  • Any running or Repeat items will take time (especially Naans & Rotis)
  • Our portion sizes are single servings.
  • Our food is prepared upon customers’ orders, though we strive to bring your order to the table at the earliest, some dishes will and may take longer to reach their perfection, and please also note that especially during the rush periods possible delays may occur and therefore we request your kind cooperation and Thank You in advance for your kind patience.
  • Tandoori items, curries and Biryanis takes longer than Wok tossed items.
  • Once ordered items cannot be cancelled. If any of the item you ordered is not your satisfaction, then please let a member of staff know immediately, so that the same item can be rectified/remade immediately. Please note, if any dish you have ordered is not your liking, it is regretted that it cannot be exchanged or taken off the final bill.
  • We accept all major Credit & Debit cards over £20.00 only (We also accept AMEX)
  • All meat products are of HALAL origin
  • Alcohol, outside food, you own bottled water, and any other drinks of any sort are strictly not allowed to consume in our premises.
  • Service Charge of 10% is added to all our dine-in customers’ final bill.
  • Please note that menu items are placed based on our customers inputs and their feedback.
  • Wok & Karahi has its own unique menu, tastes and portion sizes and request not to compared with the others.
  • As our food can be cook to order, customers are requested to specify if their dish to be milder or spicier than indicated in the menu. Please make our staff aware if you have any food allergens.
  • Please note Gluten Free items will include an extra charge of £1.00.
  • All extra sauces, chutneys, lime, and onions will be charged extra.
  • Dress code smart casual.
  • Management reserves the right of admission.
  • We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 12:30 pm and vacate by 10pm (Kitchen Closes at 9:30pm). Friday & Saturday open 12:30 pm and vacate by 10:30pm (Kitchen Closes at 10pm).
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday a break between 3:30pm-5:00pm (Kitchen closes at 3:00pm and premises are to be vacated by 3:30pm)
  • We are closed on Tuesdays
  • Please note that use of our Toilet facility is for our “present dine-in customers use only” (Not for public use & no exceptions).
  • Parents are requested to accompany infants to the toilet to ensure they don’t lock themselves inside the toilet. Request caution with our kitchen’s swing door.
  • We regret that during the rush periods, we are unable to provide spaces for Prams, Baby Buggies & Pushchairs. We have no Highchairs.
  • If you are happy with our food and service, do tell others, if not tell us so that we can improve and can ensure you are satisfied on your next visit.
  • Customers will be held liable for costs for their damaged crockery, or the furniture.
  • Pre-Reserved customers will be given priority over walk-in customers.
  • All prices are inclusive of V.A.T
  • All our prices subject to change without prior notice.
  • Images displayed within our website/menu are for reference purposes only and may not represent the actual dish.
  • Some of our food items contain MSG & Food colours, please alert a member of our staff, if you have any allergies to these items.
  • We do not provide disposable cutlery in our takeaway orders but are available free upon request.
